Sales Manager - Spain & Portugal

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales of the innomatec product portfolio in Spain and Portugal.

• Main components include the sale of leak testers (LTCs) and quick connectors.

• Identify and develop additional business areas in collaboration with the internal organization.

• Represent and strengthen the innomatec brand in the region.

• Build and expand the customer base through active lead generation and relationship management.

• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

• Provide first-level service support when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity.

Objectives:

• Establish and expand innomatec’s market presence in Spain and Portugal.

• Generate new leads and successfully close sales opportunities.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

• Represent innomatec professionally and consistently in all business interactions.

• Collect and report market, customer, and competitor information to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Completed technical or commercial education or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable field.

• Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in testing or measurement technology.

• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.

• High willingness to travel within Spain and Portugal.

• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.

• Fluent Spanish Skills, Portuguese and English a strong advantage
